This is sorta off topic, but I was wondering - how do you start to potty train a girl? My daughter is getting to the point where she can start to control her bladder, but I'm not real sure how to start the potty training, any help will be greatly appericatedThanks

Does anyone know of any alternative ways to help control COPD? My spouse has COPD (he worked in a stone yard before it was required to wear masks and breathed in large quantites of stone dust - he crushed the stone for gravel and the such). He does not smoke and exercises as much as he can (hes normally pretty active) but he is still having problems with his breathing esp since the weather has gotten damper (we are getting lots of rain right now).Any help or ideas will be greatly appericated.ThanksDee
