This list of miraculous foods that will help you not get cancer seems to grow every day -- as does the list that says you will get cancer from eating certain foods. Sometimes the same foods are on both lists. It's better to just eat what looks to you to be healthy. Eat foods "just off the farm" that haven't been processed. That's the best you can do. |

I get annoyed with all these lists of what you can and cannot eat. The research will continue and new findings will appear. Who knows, the good food of today may be the bad food of tomorrow. I just eat what I like and don't give the rest much thought. |

I agree with the replies. I use moderation as my guide. I'm bored by the lists of what to eat for this and what to eat for that. One day it's bad, the next it's good. Everything will kill you in one way or another. Moderation is the key, in my opinion. |

Yet another food we are told will lessen our risk of cancer. They will be telling us next week that red grapes cause some other problem and we should all stop eating them!! |

What gets me is how these lists always change. One month it is safe to eat tomatoes, the next month they are deadly. It makes one wonder if anything is safe to eat anymore? Are there any foods that have been put on the helps prevent cancer list that have actually been proven and stayed on that list? |

The list seems to grow daily. In reality I do not think we will ever really know if it works or not. |

You know what? Each month a new list comes out. It's ok to eat this item one day and not the next. I think it's crazy! I agree-- just eat healthy and try to get things that don't have pesticides, etc. on them. |

Yeah... I am just going to add this to the list of things that I am going to ignore. My rule is - everything in moderation, that way one thing, like grapes, can't kill you. |
