I've been having some anxiety surrounding some life changes that are coming up right now: namely a job change and move. Is there anything natural I can do for it?

You might want to try taking a bath in a candle-lit bathroom. Aromatherapy candles with a lavender scent would be best (as the other poster stated, it has a calming effect).

I'm not sure of any supplements, other than Chamomile tea and perhaps burning some Lavender scented candles. They both have relaxing qualities. Mostly you need to just relax. Practice some deep breathing exercises every day. There are some techniques that women learn in childbirth class where you tense a muscle and then let it relax, tense it and relax it. Do this while lying down with your eyes closed and tense and relax as many muscles in your body as you can, one at a time. Yoga might be good for you. If you have religious beliefs you might try prayer also.
