Do you apply anti aging skin care products?

I believe good skin is more than just skin deep. I try to drink lots of water, around 2-3 liters a day. And that is just for plain water. Juices and other drinks do not count. I try to eat a balanced diet and make sure I take my vitamins. I have also stopped smoking. Now, at 36, my wrinkles have yet to see the day. hehe. Just the same, I keep my skin and free of make-up before going to bed and I use products that are not too drying on the skin. I also make sure I exfoliate at least once every two weeks.

No, because it seems to be too much of a racket...like anti-obesity products. I may well be wrong, but a moisturizing cream seems to be all that is really needed.

Is there a difference is the benefits/side effects between ACE inhibitors and ARBs (angiotensin receptor blockers) to make the added cost of the ARBs (e.g., Diovan) a better choice?
