Coopern I have been using this pharmacy for several years, and have been very satisfied. They are located in Vancouver. The only problem I ever had with delivery was once when I ordered a prescription over the Christmas holidays. This particular prescription ships from Germany and had to go through customs which held it up with all of the Christmas mail. I called Northwest and they followed up and actually sent me an on line coupon which significantly lowered the cost of my next order. Otherwise, prescriptions have arrived in a very timely fashion, and their customer service is great. You call and you get a live person and they've all been very helpful.
