Steve I have been a customer for a few years and find the online ordering process annoying. After putting in the quantity and moving to the next step, the quantity is automatically increased resulting in hundreds of dollars being charged to your credit card. Also, after I filled out the order, knowing to change the quantity, and hitting the submit button it took me to some unrelated page. Waiting for a reply back - they said it would be a day or two.
