Raymond DeCesare I ordered a prescrption medication from this firm over 2 months ago. A month later I received an email that my order and shipped and to expect deliver in 8-12 days. Fifteen days later, the medication had not arrived. I called and was assured that the order would be reprocessed. To date, that order has not been received either. I called customer service again to voice my displeasure and asked that the order be cancelled. I was told that because the 2nd order had shipped, it could not be cancelled. More than likely, the second order will never arrive either. It's been over a month on that one. My only recourse at this point is to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, reason being, merchandise was never received. I will never again do business with this company.

dissatisfied customer I placed my order in mid-February and was promised delivery within 8-12 days. More than 1.5 months later, today, I finally received my order. They initially sent it from Turkey (never got here), sent it again from Turkey (never got here), and finally sent it from Vancouver via "express" mail (took more than two weeks, not very express). Horrible customer service. Never return phone calls. I honestly have no idea why anyone would ever use this company.
