Jean Anytime I have had a question, they have been more than willing to help me. I never feel rushed. They have went out of their way to help with conversions I needed to understand. Shipment always arrives in the time they designate, usually a bit on the earlier side. I must say calling them is much better than emailing. They don't answer emails well ,so it is always better to call. They are so pleasant and helpful. I am well satisfied.

jay glass Check mailed 1/7, phone call about 1/12 that I overpaid so would send a refund, two calls by me since then and words but nothing specific. Check just cleared bank today, 1/27. Who knows if drugs and refund will ever show up, if they do great but beware if you need the meds, it takes at a minimum 3 weeks.
