Prevent Hair Loss

I have noticed over the months that I have been losing a lot of hair when I brush it. I went to my doctor and told him what was going on. He told me that I should reduce stress, getting adequate protein and iron in my diet

Your doctor has told you all the things that you can control, so that's good. If you can do what he says but that doesn't help, then it can just be that thinner hair is in your genes.

Check your iron level too!

I did everything to prolong the inevitable, but if its in the cards its going to happen no matter what.
