Post Delivery.

How can I reduce the pain in my tail bone that occurred after delivery apart from using Ibuprofen and Tylenol.

See a chiropractor. I had terrible pain after my son was born, sunny side up. His head had knocked my tailbone out of place. One adjustment and I was free of pain!

I'm not sure how long it's been since you delivered your baby but for me it took a good 6 weeks for things to get back to normal.
If it's been more than 6 weeks, as Kara said, it is probably a good idea to see someone.

Gentle exercise can also help. Things get pushed out of place during the delivery and exercise can help to tone up the muscles and bring them to the point that they support you well enough to stop the pain.

I would consider getting a prescription for a stronger pain reliever. Maybe oxycodone, hydrocodone, or whatever your doctor may suggest for you.

Time and patience.

FYI, K to the J, lots of new moms can't take stuff like that because they're breastfeeding.
