I am on my fourth week of ortho trycyline. I haven't been on the pill for four years. I am two days late with my period right now. Should I call my doctor or just wait another week and see if it happens? I have never been late before when starting on the pill.

When in doubt, make the phone call to your doctor.

You can get the answer to your questions and find out what is supposed to be normal if you call your doctor now. After all, you have the right to ask him anything when you need to.

I'd call him now, since one possibility is that the pill might not have worked well.

It's worth making the phone call now to find out what's going on.

No worries! The problem corrected itself, thank goodness. The thought of more kids is depressing, lol.
