Digestive System
|
|
We have all seen the Dannon Activia commericals where Jamie Lee Curtis is telling us that if we eat Activia that it will help our digestive system. Is this a lot of hype? A friend of mine is trying it but has not noticed a difference in her digestive system.

I've never seen a commercial about this "Activia" I've never even heard of it.
What kinds of foods do you eat? Or is it just ONE food?

I tried it for 2 weeks, and it didn't do anything for me. So I thought it was a waste of money. My friend tried it and said it worked for her, she was in the bathroom all the time, and lost a few pounds.

I've heard it works but haven't really read all the 'facts' about how it works and why it would work for some and not everyone.
Yogurt is good for you anyway, right?

Yes, yogurt is good for you but not all yogurts help you regulate your digestive system. When I see the "Activia" commercial I always think to myself how many people have they made believe this. Activia is not that cheap either.
