Always so tired

Lately I've been really tired a lot. Even with getting enough sleep at night.

I'm 35- and I'm wondering if I should take some kind of vitamin?

Does anyone take Vitamins? At what age should we start- and what kinds?

I think vitamins are fine to take if you really need them but I do think you should talk to your doctor. Some people can't take vitamins, like me. Vitamins make my heart beat really fast. My doctor told me not to take them but to try to eat healthy.

There might be some other reason for your tiredness or it just be nothing at all. If it continues talk to a health professional about it.

Thanks- I was supposed to go for blood work last August- but just didn't. They took me off Iron wanting me to get a new reading to see if I'm still anemic- It could be this too. I guess I better go for the blood work.

I take a multi vitamin just because I am never sure if I am getting the proper amount of vitamins otherwise and I typically suffer from chronic fatigue if I have an imbalance.

Vitamin is a good idea, but I would also check with my doctor to see what he may suggest as well.

Vitamins are good, so is talking to your doctor and getting your thyroid tested, but you may need to examine the level of stress you are subjected to on a daily basis.

Even if it is unnoticed, the stress could be wearing you out.

If you have a history of anemia I would suspect thats the most likely culprit. Unless it is from a diet imbalance or pregnancy it is most likely not something that will just go away after awhile.

You really need to get those blood tests if you`ve been anemic.I take one a day vitamins, flaxseed, fish oil. an extra D,and my Meds. My doctor knows I take all these and he hasn`t said anything about it being bad. I get tired because of me meds.
