Weight Loss Pills

Everywhere you look these days there is a pill for everything. Pills for weight loss it might work for some people but to me it's a waste of money. All you need to do is have a well balanced diet and exercise.

I know what you mean. you see Diet pills advertised all over the TV now days, all over the internet and people continue to buy them up frantically. How many people have told you that lost all their weight due to pills? Have you ever tried diet pills?

Which diet pills have you tried? Do you think that the diet pills you used actually helped you to lose weight?

Diet pills can be dangerous too. They can really get your heart t beat too fast.

I have a lot of trouble losing weight. I tried one of those programs where they send food to your house. It worked and I lost over 200 pounds. But after a couple of years it became too expensive.

I've since gained some weight back but not all of it. It's just so hard. I gain weight no matter what I eat.

skatss, congratulations on the weight loss. I know that when you change dietary habits your body can lose or gain weight. Are you trying to keep the same type of healthy foods and portions you were getting used to by delivery? What about exercising?

I understand the putting it back on, can be depressing. Sometimes I feel like a human Yo-yo.
