Soda Can Harm You! 

  

News at 11!

I tell you it's getting ridiculous. There's been yet another study that says that drinking soda can harm you and make you gain weight!

But in the small print it tells you that it's only from full sugar soda and that sweet fruit drinks can do it too. But sugar soda is worse because more of it is consumed.

So we now have a study telling people that drinking full sugar drinks many times a day can pack on calories and you can gain weight.

Who didn't know that already?

A show of hands?

Who would have thought, drinking a beverage saturated with empty calories and preservatives will make you gain weight and isn't good for you. This just in, jumping out of an airplane without a parachute may lead to serious injury....even death.

roflmao. And the worse part is they probably wasted enough money figuring this out to help a couple families out of debt or to buy a home. *shakes head* Where do I sign up to convince them to just throw money at me? I can do one about how sitting in front of a computer makes you fat....

I think everybody should know that.
More sugar intake = weight gain.

It's obvious.

I stick with my diet sodas.

Of course there's warnings and health risks for every food and beverage.. *rolls eyes*

Hell the air we breathe isn't even that safe anymore!

Diet sodas are worse than regular sodas. We think that because diet sodas have 0 calories that it's not going to harm us. Substitute sugars are still sugars.

Mainstream news should probably stop reporting about health and food altogether. They are constantly publishing articles and stories with conflicting views. Meat is good for you, meat is bad for you, and the same with for different types of soda.

Really, pretty much anything in a large quantity is bad for you.

Moderation is key, they should stop trying to scare people.

For me its the carbonationa nd salts that puty water weight bloat on me....
If I drink a diet soda of any type or even seltzer there goes a few pounds and it takes forever to get the weight off. So I avoid soda all together.....

Hubby drinks gallons of it.. a 12 pack of diet dr pepper a day.. and its awful.....

Soda can be real bad for you especially if you get to much of it. I think if you use it in moderation you should be fine.
