Richard Simmons program 

  

I love RS. hes quirky and fun. I love his exercise videos too.

This is one program that changes eating habits, and is great for boredonm eaters on subconscience eaters. BUt his exercise is so short, only like 20 minutes and yoru done thre times a week. Its better to do thsi buy yourself though. I never worked well with others. but this is something you do by yourself until you get it down pat. Its worth an investment if just for the videos and workes well with any dioet, south beach modified, weight watchers, Slimfast. etc.

Richard Simmons has always scared me. He's creepy hyper and his gym outfits are still quite odd. Even in the 80's they were odd. I don't think I've ever known anyone to successfully stick to his workout videos either.

I`ve always wanted to try his diet and exercise program. i like the booklet that he uses to tell you how much to eat of each thing a day. His exercises look like fun.

The wonderful thing about Simmons' programs is they can be continued as one gets older, so you aren't creating a situation where you put weight on easily as you slow with age.

No worrying too much about target heart rates, but nice, gentle movement.

I love Richard Simmons as well. He's a little different that is for sure, but he is passionate about helping people.

I have two of his videos, dancing t the oldies and sit tight.
I always wanted ot try his program, but like everything esle its so expensive.
her sthe thing abotu his videos. Firsat I dare a peron in good shape to keep up with him in sit tight! ist only 25 minutes but its hard!
and dancing to teh oldies I love, I found some exercises didnt aggrivate my sciatica so I do those. Anyone with me to give it a go????
