Nutrition

I am overweight and about a year ago I took a nutrition course in college. I think it was a great course, because until then, I really didn't know what was in our food. Proper Nutrition in proper portions, can help one lose weight. When you eat do you think about what you eat?

Proper nutrition can change your mood functionality, help dry skin hold more moisture, keep you from getting colds, flus and etc. Do you ever have bad to good days or more energy one day and less energy on another? Did you ever think that it may have something to do with what you eat?

I have noticed that If I eat too much sugar one day I will feel lethargic the next day. Too much grease and oil will upset my stomach and make me feel awful all day. A lot of fruits &vegetables and protein will give me tons of energy. Some thinks like Wheat Grass will give me immediate energy effects and the long term effects are even greater.
