Hunger and Exercising

I read an article today that said that exercising is a great way to keep from getting hungry. I have found the opposite to be true.

When I get into a good and exciting exercise regiment, I find that I tend to want to eat more. I always thought that that feeling of hunger showed that my exercising was working and that I was losing weight when I felt so hungry.

Do you find that your hunger decreases when you exercise, or do you find that you want to eat more when you exercise?

I have found that exercise does act to curb my hunger in the short term, but a few hours after exercising I am even more hungry than I was before!!

I find that if I am really hungry then exercising makes it worse.
