Some peopel like aeerobics other like circuit etc. Each has its benefits.
The only thing is that over time your body can become esiatnt ot teht particluar exercise. It sems to loos eits effectivness.
To make sure your body doent do this, switch out exercise when do them. One time do aerobics, another do circuit ro just staiormatser and treadmilla dnthen swimming,. Keep it interesting as well. so yo dont get bored. We are tryinga new facility, its a dollar day when you use it. So far they ahve a pool, circuit, aerobics, taebo, fatty classes( morbidly obese who ahve limited movements) I am a fatty over 50 pounds past where I wnat to be.
then then have olympic swimming and water aerobics, water dance, etc.
Then they ahve rock wall climbing and kids games for adults!
