exercise an injuries

I never thought exercise woudl hurt me. Well I just found out it can. exercises that I had been doingf or years caused injuries.
The knees went and the rotor cuffs went.
I will be off of exercise for abotu four weeks. But at least I still ahve pilates. I was doing my normal mild aerobics and teh continued repitition of 20 minutes a day caused damage. Soo
I kind learned that snorkel;linga dnw ater work is a bit better and no exercise is good everyday. Your body neds to rest and repair between.
So, I am doing pilates and I am just staring bely dancing and some Yoga.. OMG me yoga.. its nto as easy as it looks.. thast for sure.

wait whats that popping noise from my back....

You should always contact your doctor before doing anything really strenuaous. I can do yoga but that is about it due to injury to the back.

I used to go to a gym and the trainers there siad when you do exercises you should do upper body one day and lower body the next day. Or do them every other day. Your muscles need 24 hours rest in between work outs.

You are wise to listen to your body and allow it the time it needs to heal. It may seem devastating to think you can't exercise (especially if you are doing it to lose weight) but you'll find it is worth it in the end.
