Check out Diet PIlls ?

Does anyone know of a good site you can check for a diet pills records and history. My sister wants to try some but I keep telling her of some issues that seem to happen when you take them (get addicted, etc) and I just want to check this out first. Is the FDA the only place?

Honestly I wouldn't bother with these at all. If she needs to lose weight then she would be better off going on something like nutrisystem or another really regimented than using an artificial method that isn't going to artificially suppress the appetite or whatever-because when you come off them the weight just goes back on. You have to learn to control yourself, otherwise no weight gain will be permanent.

Try the Diet Drug Report http://www.dietdrugreport.com/
It's updated daily.
I hope your sister doesn't try any of these pills. Losing weight is hard, I know, but putting your health in jeopardy just isn't worth losing some weight.

Alli is the only weight-loss aid that is sanctioned by the FDA, so probably the only one I would even consider taking. It doesn't curve your appetite or give you energy like other diet pills. Alli attaches to some of the natural enzymes in the digestive system, preventing them from breaking down about a quarter of the fat you eat.

I would agree. After working in telemarketing for a company that used to sell diet pills, most of them are hogwash. They are about as likely to actually help you lose weight as a herbal supplement. Their power is in the fact that they are marketed and labeled as such and thus empower you to stay on a real diet longer. I'd find a friend who has an empty bottle, fill it with a good multivitamin that could be taken with the same dosage and give it to her instead. Much healthier and probably the same results.

A friend of mine has used Alli and it really does work. I was impressed on how much weight she lost with it. The other diet pills that are out give you empty promises.
