Biggest Prmise never kept

I wa sreading an artuicle from an old womans day magazine on hwo many poeple just prior to teh new year make a resolution to loose 10 pounds. And most acheive it by the end of march. BUt also by the en dof march its only 1 percent that stick with it.
Its teh biggest promise never kept.
I thought OMG how many times have I made a resolution to loose 10 pounds and then get sidetracked or ill.
Hubby found a place where they have all kinds of exercise and slimfast has a new plan as does south becah for diabetics.. so here I go again.. Trying my hand at that 10 pound loss!

Losing weight is actually pretty easy, it's keeping it off that is the hard part. People lose the weight and slowly get bored with the new habits and the exercising. Maybe we shouldn't worry too much about the scale and eat what we want and be aware when we are no longer hungry so we can stop. If we do this we might not end up as a size 0 but we will be a little healthier and at a weight that is natural to our body.

I have made that same resolution and have not seen it through yet. Hopefully, soon I find the stamina the will and the right method to do it.
