I have a friend that flies to more countries that I could imagine in a lifetime. It seems he is lucky and hardly ever gets sick but what happens if you do get sick on vacation or say a honeymoon? Can you always receive the same meds. in another country and if not what can be done if you run out?

A lot would depend upon where you go, I imagine. A lot of US drug companies sell their drugs to other countries for less than what we pay here. Your biggest problem might be getting a prescription med filled.
