Subject: | Shaving | |
I know this isnt exactly mens health but I wasnt sure where to put it so I choose suggest. :) My other half doesnt use shaving cream when he shaves and he gets the little shave bumps. Over the past week I went out and bought him a new Schick. I have dated other men with the no cream and bumples so I figure I would throw this out there for the men folk. Schick Quattro Titanium Trimmer Razor w/ Trimmer If you just google that you can see a ton of places to pick one up at. And the best part? No more bumples. |

Has he tried just plain old bar soap? That's all my father ever used and he never had problems. Shaving with nothing at all would drag on the skin terribly. |

That sounds good Alexis, if I see them I will pick up one myself, my boo never has enough of these, they are like toys. I have never heard about the bar soap, I will pass on this tip. |

I have tried maye a zillion of thesrazors and they are geting more and more technical with each evolution. The units themselves are relatively cheap, but the replacement blades cost a whopper. |

My father never used any shaving cream or after shave lotion. All he had was a rustic razor and a bowl of water. He would lather his face well with soap, and then shave. He shaved every other day, and had a very smooth skin. No bumples!! So, I guess, plain soap will do the trick! |

Normal soap freaks his skin out and I have no idea why so he can only use a couple different kinds. He isnt into that whole deal, so if he can shave w/o the extras he will. So far this nw one has been working awesome. |
