How heavy is too heavy? Until just recently I noticed in a photo (love those digital cameras) that it looks as those I have gained more weight in the past couple of years than I thought (from just looking in the mirror). Why is this, or is my mind playing tricks on me? |

They say the camera adds about 10 pounds. So you could blame the camera. Have you noticed any difference in the way your clothes are fitting? |

Most times when it's in the picture, it's actually there. Sorry but its the truth. I remember thinking that I lost a few pounds, I took a picture at my mom's graduation and I saw some big cheeks smiling, I swore I wasn't so fat, but when I checked it out, I really was. |
