The average age of menopause 51, give or take a few years either way. Some women experience menopause in their 30's due to a hysterectomy, chemotherapy or other medical reasons while some do not have symptoms until their 60's.

Depending on circumstances women can go through the change in their 30s. If a woman had a hysterectomy they will start to go through the changes at that time.

Most women start to feel menopause in their early 40s and that's called peri menopause. Your monthly cycle will start to change and you might start to get hot flashes.

Usually menopause starts about 50 and can last for upwards of ten years.

You only go through menopause following a hysterectomy if you had your ovaries removed. If you are having problems at 30 you should see your doctor to have your hormone levels tested and rule out ovarian cysts or cancer.

You can go through early menopause even without having drastic surgery. Some more minor surgeries to remove ovarian cysts can trigger menopause, even if you still have your ovaries.

Get a blood test and then you'll know.

Yes, the best thing to do would be to go along to the doctors, early menopause is always possible.

It can vary from woman to woman. My mom started seeing signs in her mid-30's and they have dragged on even till now (she is 48). Other women go through it rather quickly.
