I tend to realize that when I am stress free I am healthier and feel more wake through out the day. When I am over worked and over tired I tend to break down a great deal. Whats the best balance you use for peace of mind? |

Now you have to identify what is causing that stress and work to get it out of your life. Stress in limited amounts is ok and natural. The stress that is bad for you is the type that never goes away...that keeps you full throttle for days and weeks on end |
