Malt-O-Meal cereal recalled

This breakfast cereal has been linked to the illness of approximately 23 people in 14 states. The manufacturers were the ones to recall the products after routin checks showed deviations. Consumers are being advised to either return them or throw them away.

Its rather scary that this was recalled as I was just looking at purchasing some from Walmart where it was free after coupons that were recently released. I'm glad I stuck to my Post and general Mills instead at a quarter to .60 a box.

Oh wow. Salmonella contamination? That doesn't sound good at all and I'm glad I haven't bought any of that cereal recently because I tend to be really sensitive to stuff like that. :(
