Buying medication online

Has anyone bought medication online?
How do online pharmacies work? How does buying online with a prescription work?

Different companies have different requirements. I would suggest that you look for American companies selling drugs, as a lot of the foreign concerns sell bogus stuff. It's easy...just be aware as with all internet transactions.

It doesn't have to be an American pharmacy, as many foreign are much cheaper. I would however make sure they are verified in their respective country. Never buy from a pharmacy that does not require a doctor’s prescription.

If you have a prescription you should use the drug search engine on this site! It compares many pharmacies for you so you get the lowest price.

I have had rumors about being careful to buy prescription medications from foreign countries. I heard that they may not have the correct ingredients in the medications, and may not work as well. I would consider online American pharmacies.

Buying medication online with a doctor's prescription in a US drug store might save you some money if you compare their prices.

I agree that you should never buy from places that send you emails and aren't well known drug stores. These drugs might not even be the drug you want. It also might not be the dose you need and might be pills that have expired.

I know that some good foreign places can be used to buy medications, but since you can't really check to see if they are trustworthy it's best not to play games with your health.

I understand how bad it is and that drugs cost too darn much that it's hard to afford to buy them. It's a shame how much the drug companies charge.

I have used licenses mail order pharmacies from the U.S. and Canada. I have stopped using Canadian Pharmacies since low cost generics for a number of the drugs my wife and I use are now available in the U.S.

It's been a while since I bought online but I've had to mail or fax the prescription along with the prescribing physicians information such as phone and address so that they can confirm the prescription before filling it. I think they also ask you to fill out a form telling them of any allergies to medications you may have.
