While it is interesting, most people will look at the amount of stress they carry in their daily lives, when they starts suffering headaches. |

Stress can most certainly cause headaches in more than one way. So can sinus and ear infections. |

I know that my frequent headaches are usually related to stress and allergies. I have noticed a great improvement in the headaches since I have taken steps to keep both under control. |

It is wise to remember that ongoing headaches can be a sign of aneurysms in the brain. If you can't explain the reason for a headache, seeing your doctor is your best bet. |
