I have a neighbor who is a prostrate cancer survivor so this topic is of some interest to me. I am not in a high risk group for this myself and to date have no symptoms that would indicate a problem. I have seen ads that tout some natural supplement that is supposed to reduce your chances. These ads though never get to the point and tell you what exactly it is. Does anyone here know what natural supplements would be beneficial for this?

Not really. I know that my husband took Saw Palmetto for prostate health, but he stopped because he had to have cataract surgery. They told him that the iris becomes "floppy" and they have a harder time implanting the artificial lens.

I'm not sure I know which supplement you are talking about. I know that there are several different ones available on line from newvitality.com and puritan.com. There is also a website, healthy-prostate.com, where you might be able to find what you are looking for.
