I've started to have problems urinating, and am rather young for prostrate problems. I've been checked out and its ok, but enlarged and I have to have regular checks. Will this increase my risks of prostrate cancer in later life? |

Not according to my stepfather's doctor, it doesn't. He's been dealing with an enlarged prostate for over a year now. The doctor also said they didn't know what had caused the condition but that it's common. |

Well that at least would be a relief. Is this likely to ever get better? Is there anything I could change in my diet, or do any meds help with this? |

I have a friend that had something similar, when she was pregnant she found out that her uterus tilted the opposite way most do (not sure which way is called what, but hers tilted back towards the rectum rather than forward, I guess towards the bely?).....could this cause the same type of things one would need to be checked for? |
