Any other men on here that have this problem? My doctor told me that like with women it is a hormonal issue.

Hmmm I have never heard this one before. I did not even know men could have them.

I had a friend who suffered this, and it was very sad. He was so horribly embarrassed about it. His were a result of oestrogen treatment for prostate cancer.

I haven't heard that men have hot flashes at all. I know that they have other symptoms of a change of life, but I have not heard of them getting hot flashes.

Now some men understand how women suffer with something that seems so simple. Hot flashes are terrible and can keep you awake all night and have you feeling terribly uncomfortable during the day.

Is there anything men can do to stop it? Hormones or something?

I have heard some men have something similar to PMS (hot flashes and cranky times during the month) but never just the hot flashes alone. Maybe its a mix of being off balanced naturally?
