There are the usual things to do that is mentioned on any site if you do a Google search, but I think that if anyone is really serious about conceiving, first be sure that it is a sperm count problem and that means going to a doctor and finding out of both partners are OK. Then, if the doc sees that there is a low count or that if they are slow, he can give you the best kind of advice that is specifically aimed for the individual man. Good luck! |

I agree with skatss. But there are some general things you can do to increase your count. Refrain from habits like smoking, alcohol consumption etc. Alcohol affects your liver function, which, in turn, causes a dramatic rise in estrogen levels. Even two drinks a day will have long-term effects on sperm production. Exercise regularly. Exercising your PC muscle can help you shoot further than ever before. Eat Nutritious Food. Diet that's low in fat, and high in protein, vegetables, and whole grains is good for your health and for your sperm. Avoid bitter, astringent and spicy foods.Reduce caffeine intake. |

I am glad to see that there are ways to at least help that are outside the medical industry. It is just so expensive these days to see and utilize a specialist without exhausting all other options first. I'd much rather be saving for my child's future then paying thousands to a Doctor if it is not necessary. |

I know there are meds but that probably shouldn't be your first choice. Probably not the best stert when trying to conceive. |
