Dr. Oz shares with you some of his top tips for living a longer and healthier American lifestyle. Learn some invaluable advice below to help you achieve longevity agoal. 1.) Avoid refined, processed foods — skip anything with white flour. 2.) Avoid fried foods and foods with hydrogenated oils — they're toxic. 3.) Eat berries, soybeans and cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, brussel spouts, kale) 4.) Keep 2 medium-weight dumbbells by your bed. Do a few reps before sleeping and when you wake up. 5.) Put a stationary bike in front of your TV and only watch when pedaling. 6.) Develop an everyday stretching routine, such as simple yoga poses. 7.) Find something to be grateful for every day. 8.) Take 10 slow, deep breaths every morning and evening. 9.) Smile while making eye contact. It will make you and the other person feel better. 10.) Distance yourself from negative emotions by observing them without judgment. |
