Subject: | Balding question | |
Why is it that men can go bald on their head but not with their face hair? Is it all about the follicles not growing or what actually causes it? |

That's a very interesting question, but I am afraid I don't know the answer either. I think it's the way we were made up. |

Well the opposite has happened to some females I know with thinning hair on the head, but end up with slight facial hair instead. I think hormones and all the jist are too much for me to try and figure out, so anyone out there who might know, please feel me and Klara in! :) |

I have not been able to find any clinical evidence as to why male pattern baldness is different from female balding. Studies I have read do indicate that it can be genetic. |
