Using Drugs To Tone Muscles
|
|
Is it alright to use drugs to tone up the muscles? I have tried exercising a lot but haven't really gotten the muscle tone up that I would like to have. What are your recommendations for toning up muscles?

Taking drugs is not the way to go. There are natural supplements and shakes that can aid muscle growth. The best way to "tone up" is to watch you calorie intake. You want to intake lots of protein to support muscle growth, but keep your calories down, to shed the fat covering your muscles. A good place to start would be to go to a supplement store like GNC and ask for some advice.

I'm with gbyrd. Natural supplements and exercise should be enough. Another thing to consider here is whether your goals are actually healthy. My brother-in-law is a former champion body builder. He worked very hard to be ready for competition. Before each competition he and the other competitors would take diuretics to increase muscle definition. While they looked terrific they didn't necessarily even feel good. If they can't maintain that kind of definition all the time you and I shouldn't even try.

Well, I'm not a man but just to throw in a woman's perspective.
Use the money you would spend for drugs and hire a trainer.

If you are looking at taking legal steroids then you are going into dangerous territory, they can ultimately cause heart and erection problems.
A good high protein diet and exercise is all you should really be doing.
