I can take Tylenol rapid release and it works quicker for me than most others do for a headache. I cant take many other things as they don't agree with my stomach. What have you tried?

Unless the aspirin tablets also contain caffeine, there is very little difference between them. The active ingredients should be the same.

Tylenol might work better for some folks because it isn't aspirin and not all pain can be relieved by aspirin.

My father has taken Bayer low dose for years for aspirin therapy and we normally take regular bayer if taking aspirin. We're just as likely to pick up the generic as the name brand though.

I prefer Tylenol, the brand name or generic (Equate's version). I have used aspirin before, no side effects, but I heard that it can cause some, so I avoid it now.
