I haven't dealt with Geodon or lexapro before but if you are feeling worse, you must talk to your doctor right away. Some anti-depressants have been shown to increase suicidal ideation and depression symptoms in adolescents but I don't know how old that goes.

Definitely see your Dr as soon as possible and I personally would stop the Geodon unless you absolutely need it until you can get to the Dr. Normally if you tell them about the change in moods/feelings you can get to see them quickly. Good Luck.

You really should speak with your doctor, but how long is it supposed to take before the new medication reaches therapeutic levels in your blood?

Sometimes, feeling worse is part of the adjustment period.
