Subject: | The Zoo | |
We took a little one out this weekend since we had Thurs/Fri off work and it was a blast. Do you even remember the first time you went to the Zoo? Lets just say it was a very long day but it was much fun, almost as much as a barrel full of monkeys! |

Lol. I love that analogy. I can't say that I do remember the first time I went to the zoo, it must have been around 40 years ago and a lot has happened since then. |

I keep meaning to take the kids to the zoo, but just haven't gotten around to it the past couple of years. By now, it would probably be best if I waited until it got cooler. |

I really don't remember going to the zoo until I was a fair bit older. I know for sure that we we went, but my memory is too sketchy until I hit about six years old. Its a shame-I'm told that we did lots of fun stuff when I was smaller! |

I am shocked at the level of things a zoo provides, our local one even sets up dates for home schooling parents to bring their class to the zoo and learn about all animals with the camp programs. I was in awe, and it was so CHEAP. Of anything anymore, the zoo has a full day worth of things to see and for a good price. |

I loved going to the zoo when I was young. It just took a long time to get there. All the way from west end Montreal to Granby out in the eastern townships. Unfortunately it wasn't all that cheap for the family so we did not get to go as often as I would have liked. |

I never got to go to a zoo until I was an adult. But I still loved it! I always avoid the reptile house for some reason-LOL! |
