I don't think we really need a reason to do it, but we all have been starting to end up like lumpy couch potatoes for sometime now. What have you done today that was a little out of the norm? |

Today, I pushed myself to get out and get moving by taking the baby and dogs on a walk to a sno-cone stand! I know it's not a huge excursion but it certainly got us moving and we were able to enjoy the nice weather. As you said, it's better than being a couch potato(which is oh so tempting!) |

If you can get up and get out it does help. Its like the world is turning into all couch potato's, not all at the TV but I am sure you get what I mean. Even small walks are good to help out and get the blood flowing again. |

Hi, nature lover here. Usually I don't have a problem with excursions because if anything can get me inspired are those long walks trough nature. |

I love nature walks, too. But, it is so hot right now; it is easy to stay inside in the cold air. I have thought about taking an early morning walk, though. It is so beautiful and still cool in the mornings. But, I don't really have a good nature walk close to the house; just a park with a paved trail. |
