After a good chuckle we all feel a little better. Lately though I have to admit I have been working too much and relaxing too little. When it gets like this I really start to think I need to meditate more or something, just down in the dumps is evil. |

Everyone needs balance in their lives, more than just their diets. The old saying about all work and no play is quite true. You need to put aside a bit of time for yourself to unwind and relax every day or at least on most days. You will end up burning yourself out if you don't. |

If a good chuckle is what you are looking for, head on over to youtube and check out The Laughing Song. If you can sit through this without laughing, you are beyond help. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROwPoxwqG5Y |

I could spend HOURS on youtube and end up getting no work done at the office. I have done this in the past and you know it only starts with one video then before you know it the end of the day comes and you have accomplished nothing. |

I feel like that today, its just been swamped none stop. I almost want to change my name and run away to stop being nagged and picked at every given moment. |

If we all spent more time laughing and less time crying we would be a happier world. Its like we get too sucked into work and forget the fun stuff. |
