Eye-Drop After Using Computer
|
|
What eye-drop could you recommend after I use the computer for a long time. I use the computer for at least 10 hours a day because of work. Now my eyes always hurt at the end of the day.

Do you wear contacts? If so, I would use Visine for contacts. That usually works well for me.
Otherwise, any kind of drops should work fine.

I have the same problem. You want to pick one that replaces the lost moisture from starring at the computer screen. I use Theratears but almost all eye drops are good in this situation.

I stopped using them when I discovered that dangerous overuse is common because they ultimately dry out the eyes. Maybe a nap after work to rejuvenate them? Just a thought.

When I'm at home and my eyes hurts because of long exposure to computer monitor, I wet my eyes with water. Now, I can't do that when I'm at work so I need an eye-drop to do the job. I don't have contacts but I use Visine, will I have a problem with that?

Yeah, I hate when my eyes hurt after looking at a computer screen too long, or even a TV. Try using visine? That should work.

I tried visine but it makes my eye water even more. I have been trying this Theralife Dry eye Enhanced. It's a pill but it has been working and it's 100% natural.
