Subject: | You can definitely live longer........ | |
You can definitely live longer if you don't smoke, and drink and also do lots of exercises. I am already doing on the former two items but still working on the later one. |

I know lots of people who never smoked, drank, and exercised who died at a young age. Saying that you can "definitely" live longer if you don't smoke, drink, and exercise is very misleading. Young, fit people die from heart disease, cancer, and many other things. You might be able to prolong your life staying healthy but there is no guarantee that you will "definitely" live longer. |

I think it is just a coin toss up. You can not smoke and still die of lung cancer. I have seen it happen many times. |

I am not sure about the drinking part - it has been shown that red wine can actually be beneficial to you, as well as beer every now and again. 2/3 isnt bad:) |
