Do you like white bread more than whole wheat bread? I find the whole wheat one much more tasty. But usually people are drawn to the white one.

I like white more, but I have started going towards butter bread as well. Some people say that white bread is bad for you since its bleached, but I am not very fond of wheat either.

Whole wheat includes the whole grain of course which contains a bunch of vitamins, especially from B group. I also think it tastes much better than the white one.

I know that whole grain bread is more healthier for you but I like to eat white more. :) I just hope I could cut back more in the future.

I've never been a fan of white bread. Its not just the health benefits but yes, I think it tastes heaps better. White is just bland and it has no character-boring to me.

Well, ever since I discovered whole grain bread, I dropped white bread like a hot potato. However, I recently found out I have a gluten sensitivity, so I can no longer eat either of those kinds of bread since they both contain wheat. Now, I eat bread made out of things like rice, tapioca, almond wheat, corn meal, etc. Some of it's got the consistency of cardboard, but fortunately I've found a few companies that make soft tasty gluten-free bread.
