Subject: | Which vitamins and supplements do you take? | |
I have been taking a fairly regular routine of vitamins and supplements for about six months now. I try to take them at least once a day and some of them are a several times daily doseage. I can honestly say I feel so much better when I take them. It seems to give me more energy and just a better frame of mind knowing I'm doing something good for myself. The ones I take regularly include Gingko Biloba, Vitamin B, Echinacea, and Flax Oil. Which vitamin supplements do you take? |

I take a multi-vitamin and an additional calcium supplement. Both are the highest quality and I don't think trying to remember a dozen pills a dozen times a day does you much better. I'd rather eat right and exercise so I don't have to live by the clock. Let alone afford all those supplements. |

I used to take a multi-vitamin (1 a day) and have been thinking of taking a calcium supplement. Like Zebra, I can't stand the thought of taking a bunch of pills every day. |

I'm currently taking the vitamins called Centrum. It's a perfect vitamin for me because it's complete from vitamin A to Z. Even if I work 24 hours straight, I still have enough energy. |

I take multi vitamins every day. I have tried taking Vitamin B but it is just too "hot" for me. It makes my body very hot after taking them. It was so hot that I thought that I have fever. |
