Vitamin water advertises as being healthy but it has no juice. It has carbs and sugar so what is the hype with this drink. One of my girlfriends only drinks this stuff by I don't see why.

It is good advertising and makes people buy them it is far healthier to drink normal water to be honest.

its a waste of money. get a filter and filter your own water and if you think you need a multivitamin then by all means take one, but the waters are just a scam in my opinion to charge you about ten time what you'd pay for a glass of nature's finest and a multivitamin. lol

I definitely think it is a waste of money. I'm sure they charge a lot for these drinks just for the hype. If you want vitamins then just take some. There is not need to have them in your water where you're charged some outrageous amount for it. Plus, if you take your won vitamins at least you know you're not getting extra sugar too. You're in control.

People buy into all sorts of drinks with more crap than substance. Almost all food or beverage products that promote themselves as having healthy ingredients have stuff that has not been clinically proven to do squat or has too little to give anything but a negligible effect. But by adding it (especially if organic or natural) they can jack up the price and people buy it by the case. My mom used to not let me have a beverage if any type of sugar was in the top three ingredients. It cuts out alot of junk.

It has vitmins and obviously it is better than normal water.

Vitamin watrs are only for name. On the base companies are earning money .It didn't consist vitamin which we require.I think so.
