I was wondering what your thoughts were on vitamin suppliments, do you think they actually work, and are a benefit to our health? |

I can tell a big difference when I dont take my few. I take chromium and B vitamin complex with C and biotin. I feel so sluggish. Of course they do help with the insulin. I like taking these instead of the RX actos. They do the same thing and if i need a jolt I can take more, where with Actos I couldnt. I ahve been taking vitamins since I was little and felt so much better after eating an entire bottle of CHOCKS. I was hooked ever since. Lucky fo rme my mom and dad liked me taking them. I knwo that evenw ith our massive variety diet, we still have pellegra, Rickets and scurvy around. So vitamins are are a needed item, because the food we eat, even though enriched don't always provide us with what we really do need. So, yeah I love them, i couldnt do without them! julie |

I don't think supplements do much good. But if you feel better after taking them then there's no problem. But I don't take any vitamins either. They make my heart beat very fast and my doctor told me to stay away from them but to eat as healthy as possible. |
