I try to not just have coffee for breakfast. I don't think I've experienced what you're describing, but sometimes when I have a little to eat, it kind of awakens my appetite in the next little while. |

I am not a coffee drink much so when I don't eat in the morning I feel the sluggish type for the rest of the day. When I do eat I am fine and never tired wanting a nap and feeling unrested. |

You must eat though! Food is fuel for the body, you wouldnt set off in your car on a morning without putting any fuel in it first. your body xannot simply run of an early morning caffine injection. Try eating a little but often. |

Try having a glass of orange juice with your oatmeal or grains....they sugar should give you quick energy and regulate your hunger somewhat. i read somewhere recently that if your going to eat grains for breakfast you need to eat something sweet with them or your going to be hungry all morning. |

It is similar to eating to close to bed time and then you wake up and you are starving. It is healthy to eat breakfast so I would not pass it up. That can lead to lack of focus and weight gain neither of which anyone wants. I would suggest eating a light breakfast and then having some healthy snacks on hand to nibble on when those hunger pains attack. |
