I was told last night by a little mate of mine that he had recently lost two teeth and the tooth fairy gave him $25!

Since when did the fairy get that rich? Back in my day we got quarters.......just thought I had to share, haha!

Wow, see now when I was little if I would have got $25 for two lost teeth I would have lost all my teeth in one night. :)

That tooth fairy definitely must have made some lucrative investments at some point!

I think many others would be going that same route too. I think at best I got a dime and that was only if Uncle Mikey was in town when it happened. I kind of feel like I am owed some money right about now.

My niece recently lost her first tooth and despite some good offers from the tooth fairy, she refused to give up the tooth. She's kept it for herself for over a month now. It's nice to see some people can't be bought. :)

Oh that is so sweet. Good for her. :) I was giving my kids a dollar for each tooth they lost, and then I was concerned they would work on them before the teeth were ready just to get a buck. Eventually, I stopped paying them to lose teeth altogether.
